Shipping information

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

We prepare each order with attention and care, so we will ship it within 24 to 48 working hours from payment confirmation.

When it leaves our hands and is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches its destination.

· Balearic Islands & Portugal 9€

· Europe & UK 14€

· Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands & International: for now we manage it individually. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to us and we will find the best way to get it to you.

Delivery times

In Peninsular Spain, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.

For other destinations, it may vary slightly depending on the location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prepared on the next working day.

If you weren't home

We will make two delivery attempts, but if we can't find you, don't worry.

Your order will be taken to a nearby pickup point so you can collect it at your convenience. We will notify you of all the details by email.

You will have up to 15 days to pick it up at your leisure.

If the package is finally not collected and returns to us, we will issue a refund once we receive it, deducting the initial shipping and return costs.
