Exchanges and returns

At Melali, we want you to feel excited to set the table as soon as you open your package. However, if something isn't exactly as you imagined, we're here to help.

How does it work?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

Write to us at hola@melali.es with your order number, the product, and the reason, and we will guide you through the next steps.

General conditions

• Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, including all items that came in the box.

• We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.

• Shipping and return costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in case of an error on our part.

• Once we receive the product and confirm it is in good condition, we will process the refund minus the initial shipping and return costs.
